We are totally indifferent about having your personal information. It’s likely that we’d find many of your biographical details quite interesting as students and appreciators of the human experience, but we are not in the practice of harnessing your personal vital statistics for other uses or to sell it to other people. We may unintentionally collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site through our web hosts or whatever. We (and by we I mean someone else who works for another company and has nothing to do with actual ‘we’) also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. Frankly, no one cares to have the information of a demographic so fickle and finicky as the vinyl buyer and collector.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. [We don’t ever even see it or have to, so its extra extra safe from our grubby Skymall-possessing hands.] Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions [according to a Wikipedia page we half-read]. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. [Again, we’re taking someone else’s word that this is true, but at least we never get our filthy hands on your credit card info so at least you’ve got that going for you.]
Please be assured that your items will ship out within three days of purchase with the exception of back orders and pre-orders (which will be sent when available). We currently only ship via USPS because we appreciate terrible service and surliness in our parcel services.
